When You Might Get a Refund

  • Within 24 hours: You can cancel your application within 24 hours of receiving email confirmation of your payment and receive a refund of our service fee.
  • Unable to provide service: You may receive a refund if we are unable to provide the service as stated in the contract.

When You Are Generally Not Entitled to a Refund

  • After 24 hours: If you wish to cancel after the 24-hour period has passed, you are generally not entitled to a refund of our service fees.
  • Government fees: For applications canceled after 24 hours, only government fees are refundable.
  • Application submitted to government: If the application has been submitted to the government, no fees will be refunded.
  • Suspicion of unlawful acts: We have the right to refuse service and not provide a refund if we suspect any involvement in unlawful or illegal practices.
